Thoughts

Complete

May 17, 2016

First day being back home post graduation, and laying down in the comforts of my home, writing, I feel so complete.

I’m so excited to take the next few days of rest to reflect back on the four years of college, and to journal. But just from the surface level reflection, these are just a few thoughts/life lessons that comes into mind as I look back in my college years.

 - Grace. Everything is by grace and grace alone.

- To gain something, you need to give up something. Choose to gain what really matters, and learn the art of giving up.

- Let love be genuine. You don’t have to pretend to love hundreds of people you can’t genuinely love. Just love the few well and sincerely.

- God is more interested in doing things in you than through you. He cares more about your heart than what work you can do for Him. You are his child, not a slave measured by performance.

- You don’t have to exhaust yourself. Whatever it is. God created Sabbath for men. A rested soul loves well.
